Steve Tran, Esq.

Steve was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. He is admitted to all Florida State and Federal Courts. Steve received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Steve began his career in a general practice litigation firm, specializing in First Amendment Law. Prior to joining eXL Legal, Steve has been with several creditors’ rights firms and has served as a Partner and managing attorney in the areas of foreclosure, default litigation and bankruptcy. He routinely lectures and trains on Default Litigation at Default Symposiums and Financial Institutions across the country.
