TDF – So simple yet surprisingly rich. People are complex, dynamic, and unique… exhausting, demanding and certainly necessary to any company’s on-going success! In the wonderfully messy complexity of humans, you must navigate through and lead your people forward! TDF is a tool that simplifies the way we look at the interpersonal complexities of people. It shows the value of our differences. It helps us strategize for the successful use of those differences.
At the ALFN Executive Leadership Summit, we will focus on your strengths as a leader. We will look at the strengths of other leaders in the room, who differ from you. TDF encourages you to lead with your strengths and plan for your vulnerabilities by borrowing from others! Come to the leadership summit prepared to play – your way!
