Junior Professionals





ALFN JUNIOR PROFESSIONALS & EXECUTIVES GROUP 
The ALFN Junior Professionals & Executives Group (JPEG) is the ALFN’s young professionals' network. JPEG focuses on career and business development and discusses issues including networking, marketing, practice area resources, public speaking, and professional growth. JPEG organizes networking events, web-events, and publishes an annual profile of stand-out young professionals, JPEG: Picture the Future. To join the JPEG group, young professionals must be under 40 years of age. JPEG meets quarterly and may schedule calls as needed. JPEG is free to any individual employed by an ALFN member or approved participant (i.e. mortgage servicer, GSE). 

JPEG IS THE ONLY AWARD-WINNING YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM SERVING THE MORTGAGE SERVICING INDUSTRY AND IS OPEN TO ANY QUALIFYING YOUNG PROFESSIONAL. 
In mid-2015 JPEG was awarded a Gold Power of A award from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), recognizing JPEG as one of the most innovative association programs in the country. JPEG was selected with just 30 other association programs from across the nation and was the only young professional's network amongst recipients that included programs designed to fight the ebola crisis in West Africa and solve chronic issues such as youth homelessness and hunger, among many others. Click here to read the full release or learn more about the Power of A Program here.
