BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Board members are elected to two-year terms and may be re-elected for a consecutive two-year term. Elections are held on a rolling cycle as terms expire, with 4 non-affiliated director seats elected in odd-numbered years and 1 affiliated director seat elected in even- numbered years.
