ALFN BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS ANNOUNCED DURING MEMBER MEETING AT ALFN ANSWERS
The American Legal and Financial Network (ALFN) has announced the results of its most recent ALFN Board of Directors election for four non-affiliated attorney-trustee seats.
Andrea Tromberg, Esq. and John Hearn, Esq., who have served as directors since July 2015, were both re-elected into non-affiliated attorney-trustee seats. Kelly Gring, Esq. who served as an appointed director since October 2014, was elected into a non-affiliated attorney-trustee seat. The ALFN's newest director, Natalie Grigg, Esq., was elected to her first term as a non-affiliated attorney-trustee director. Responsibilities associated with these board seats were assumed by the elected directors as of July 16, 2017 when election results were announced to ALFN members during their annual meeting at the recent ANSWERS conference. These directors will be serving two-year terms as elected directors on the board.
“As an association, we rely heavily on the strategic leadership and support of our directors. Andrea, John and Kelly have been active members and advocates for the ALFN during their service as directors, and they work diligently to represent the best interests of the association. I am also pleased to welcome Natalie Grigg to the board, who will be a great addition to our board leadership team,” said ALFN President & CEO, Matt Bartel.
