ROSWELL, GA – October 1, 2026 – McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP (“MRLP”), a law firm with a broad multi-state practice serving the mortgage banking and financial services industries, today announced its expansion into Louisiana with the opening of an office in New Orleans. The expansion brings MRLP's state footprint to 18 states and reflects the firm's continued strategic growth in markets that are important to its clients.
Unlike recent growth through combinations with established firms, MRLP's expansion into Louisiana represents organic growth of the firm's existing multi-state platform. The Louisiana operation is being established with attorneys and professionals who bring experience in the state and will be supported by MRLP's established operational infrastructure, technology, compliance resources, and practice management capabilities. This approach is consistent with the firm's model of combining jurisdiction-specific knowledge with coordinated support across its multi-state practice.“Expanding into Louisiana is a natural next step in the continued growth of our firm,” said Marty Stone, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP. “We are building our Louisiana presence with people who understand the state and the needs of our clients, while supporting them with the infrastructure and resources we have developed across our multi-state practice. This allows us to bring the same coordinated approach and commitment to client service to Louisiana that our clients have come to expect from MRLP.”
MRLP's entry into Louisiana builds upon a longstanding approach to growth that has included both organic expansion and strategic combinations with established firms. Through that growth, MRLP has continued to strengthen its geographic reach, service capabilities, and operational infrastructure while maintaining an emphasis on jurisdiction-specific knowledge and responsive client service.
“We are excited to expand into Louisiana and to build relationships with clients across the state,” said Judicial Foreclosure - South Managing Partner, Robyn Katz. “This new office represents an important step in our continued growth and our commitment to delivering innovative solutions and outstanding client service.”
The expansion also gives clients with multi-state portfolios the ability to include Louisiana within MRLP's broader regional representation. MRLP's existing platform combines local knowledge of laws, court procedures, and jurisdiction-specific requirements with established operational support and workflows designed to serve portfolios of varying size and complexity.
