Roswell, GA — McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP (MRLP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Coughlin, Esq., Harold L. Kofman, Esq., and Dane Exnowski, Esq. to Partner, effective July 1, 2026.

Laura Coughlin, Partner, Compliance – West Coast, oversees regulatory and operational compliance across the firm's West Coast foreclosure practice and brings more than a decade of experience in foreclosure, litigation, bankruptcy, and appellate matters.
Harold L. Kofman, Partner, Northeast Litigation – New York and New Jersey, brings more than 30 years of experience and focuses on complex litigation matters, including lender liability defense and consumer protection litigation.
Dane Exnowski, Partner, Bankruptcy, advises on creditors' rights and complex bankruptcy proceedings in the firm's Bankruptcy department.
Together, this new partner class strengthens MRLP's capabilities across compliance, foreclosure, litigation, and bankruptcy, supporting the firm's ability to serve clients with experience-driven, practical guidance.
