New National Legal Partnership Promises Better Experience for Consumers and Creditors

BOCA RATON, FLA (November, 2020) – A new partnership is bringing together three of the nation's foremost creditor attorneys focusing on foreclosure, bankruptcy, legal collection, compliance and litigation.
Attorneys Andrea Tromberg, Scott Morris, and Anthony Poulin today announced the formation of Tromberg, Morris, & Poulin PLLC., a new national partnership focused on innovating debt collection to create better experiences for the consumers and improved outcomes for creditors.Tromberg, Morris & Poulin will be among the first to use advanced technologies to enhance both consumer interaction and client outcomes. This new revolutionary partnership creates a multi-state, one-stop shop focused on both secured and unsecured debt collections, as well as offering client assistance with legal compliance.
“When you boil it down, we are in the legal communications business,” said Andrea Tromberg. “Our job is to find the best way to reach individuals and businesses on behalf of our clients and achieve a specific outcome. Our communications must be innovative and compliant.”
“We are committed to enhancing the consumer experience,” said Scott Morris. “Gone is the time when a form letter in snail mail is effective. We need to communicate with people the way they communicate with each other. We will use mediums such as phone, chat, text and SMS to make sure we can accommodate baby-boomers to the millennials.”

The new partnership of Tromberg, Morris & Poulin will be headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida and serve clients across the country including New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida, and Puerto Rico to start.
ANDREA TROMBERG
Mrs. Tromberg has been practicing law since 1996. She has extensive experience in foreclosure law, creditor litigation, commercial litigation, appeals, trial, and management. She offers clients her comprehensive knowledge of the law and ability to maneuver difficult and complex legal matters. Andrea Tromberg has served for seven years as the first elected Chairwoman on the Board of Directors for the American Legal and Financial Network (ALFN) and is a leading voice in the industry. She has served on numerous committees and is a current member of the leadership committee for Women in Legal Leadership (WILL). Tromberg has been engaged as a speaker at various events including: ALFN, NARCA, Five Star and other groups to discuss hot topics in the industry such as statute of limitation, proposed bills in Congress, ethics, FDCPA claims and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). She has also been involved with multiple amicus briefs filed on critical issues that have been heard by the Florida Supreme Court.
SCOTT MORRIS
Mr. Morris earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2004 from New York Law School, his bachelor's degree in 1998 from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is admitted to the bars of the states of New Jersey and New York. Scott Morris joined the firm after a five-year career at Midland Credit Management, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, where he helped design, implement and optimize Midland's internal legal department. Mr. Morris has worked on matters involving the CFPB, State Attorney General, federal, state and local regulations, in addition to implementing Compliance Management Systems, improving operational and technological processes and providing management and leadership to numerous employees. He is truly an instrumental part in building out processes and automation for TMP and excels in creating IT enhancement for the firm. Mr. Morris is also active in the industry as a Board Member of the National Creditors Bar Association (“NCBA”), and is the Chairman for NCBA's PAC, and Co-Chair of the Communication Pillar, and has been a speaker at numerous NCBA events. Locally, he is a Board Member for the New York State Creditors Bar Association (“NYSCBA”) and the Co-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee.
ANTHONY POULIN
Anthony Poulin enlisted in the United States Air Force at 18 years of age and proudly served his country as a B-2A Stealth Bomber Crew Chief. During his time in the armed forces Anthony was tasked with supervision of the overall maintenance schedule of the aircraft and assisted the 509th Air Wing in achieving nuclear readiness certifications on the fleet of B-2A bombers After leaving the Air Force, Anthony entered the civilian world as a Federal Aviation Administration licensed Airframe & Powerplant Technician and worked for several airlines and manufactures, most notably at Boeing in Everett, Washington. After 9/11 Mr. Poulin left aviation to pursue his degree. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University, his bachelor's degree with honors in three years from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mr. Poulin focuses on compliance with the FDCPA, collection activity compliance and oversees the firm's Contact Center. Further, he oversees the company's billing and finance departments and ensures the firm maintains proper billing standards.
