Padgett Law Group Expands Bankruptcy Department, Georgia Leadership Roles

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE [Thursday, July 26, 2018] Atlanta, GA — Today Padgett Law Group (PLG) announces key promotions in the firm's national bankruptcy practice. Effective immediately, Kawanna Buggs has been promoted to Executive Director of Bankruptcy Operations. In her new role Kawanna will be responsible for the overall growth and development of the department. She previously served as CRM Manager for the firm.
Also effective immediately is Paul Harris' promotion to Senior Manager - Bankruptcy. In his new role Paul will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the department. He has been with PLG for five years and brings close to 18 years of experience to this new role. Both positions will continue to report to Evan Singer, Esq., Managing Attorney, Bankruptcy.

With these promotions and additional operational needs in the firm's Georgia operations, Sally Wyeth, Esq. now serves as Supervising Attorney - Georgia Bankruptcy, and Tom Sears, Esq. joins the firm and will focus on Georgia foreclosure.
