The 2017 Class was the most competitive yet in the program's history with the highest number of candidates ever nominated. The program is part of the ALFN's award-winning young professionals network, the ALFN Junior Professionals & Executives Group (JPEG). JPEG was recognized by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) with an award for being one of the most innovative association programs in the country.
Nominations open each May and any young professional employed by an ALFN member may be nominated (Attorney/Trustee, Associate or Mortgage Servicer classes of membership apply). To qualify, a nominee must be 40 years of age or younger or have fewer than five years of industry experience. The review process is conducted in a gender, age, employer, and geographically blind setting allowing for our candidates to be judged solely on the merits of their achievements and commitment to the mortgage servicing industry.
