Heather Giannino Appointed Co-Chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Consumer Bankruptcy Committee
[Decatur, IL- May 17, 2022] Today the law firm of Heavner, Beyers & Mihlar, LLC announced that Heather Giannino, Managing Attorney of the Bankruptcy Department has been appointed Co-Chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) Consumer Bankruptcy Committee. Managing Partner, Faiq Mihlar commented, “Heather will be a great asset to this committee. She brings a tremendous amount of knowledge in bankruptcy, coupled with intelligence, hard work, and great collaboration skills.” The Consumer Committee plans educational sessions for ABI's large conferences, hosts webinars throughout the year, and publishes a quarterly newsletter.
