Padgett Law Group Hosts Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) Webinar with CFPB, Treasury, and NCSHA

[Monday, April 25, 2022 | Tallahassee, FL] Padgett Law Group (PLG) today announced the firm will host a servicing-focused webinar on the Homeowner Assistance Fund with representatives participating from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Department of Treasury (Treasury), and the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA). The webinar will be moderated by Marissa Yaker, Esq., Managing Attorney of Regulatory Affairs for PLG. Offered on May 18, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. E.T., the webinar is complimentary to employees of mortgage servicers, lenders, banks, credit unions, investors, and other relevant industry stakeholders.

Speakers joining Yaker for this robust and in-depth conversation include Mark McArdle, Assistant Director, Mortgage Markets and Elizabeth Spring, Regulatory Implementation Fellow, of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; Patrick Orr, Homeowner Assistance Fund Policy Advisor at the Department of Treasury; and Senior Homeownership Policy Specialists Rosemarie Sabatino and Gergory Zagorski with the National Council of State Housing Agencies.
