Miller, George & Suggs, PLLC, Announces the Addition of David Rodstein as Partner

Fort Lauderdale, FL – February 28, 2022 – Miller, George & Suggs, PLLC. is pleased to announce that David Rodstein has joined the firm as Partner.
Mr. Rodstein will be managing all of the firm's real estate litigation, including high-risk mortgage foreclosure cases. Additionally, he handles commercial litigation and civil appeals. He has represented clients at every trial and appellate level in the state and federal courts of Florida.
Mr. Rodstein has earned Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating, AV Preeminent, for both legal ability and ethical standards every year since he was first rated in 2018 and has been honored in Florida Trend's Legal Elite every year since 2020. He is an active member of the Florida Bar Real Property and Probate Law Section, in which he chairs the subcommittee on Legislation and Government Regulation of Lending, serves on the Foreclosure and Debtor/Creditor Rights Subcommittee, and has served on special subcommittees such as Best Practices for Remote Proceedings, Partition Actions, and Stale Mortgages. Mr. Rodstein is also an active member of the Florida Bar's Appellate Practice Section.
Mr. Rodstein “wrote the book” on residential mortgage default, acceleration, and statute of limitations, authoring those sections of the book Florida Foreclosure Law, published annually. He represents and advises lenders, servicers, law firms and small businesses all manner of lawsuits and appeals related to real property and business and has won several pivotal appeals, including with the amicus brief he co-authored in the landmark statute of limitations
case Bartram v. U.S. Bank in the Florida Supreme Court.

David thanks God for his accomplishments, for his wonderful wife, Rina, and for their four precious children.
