Heavner, Beyers & Mihlar Hires Industry Veterans Penny Eilers and Michael Varak

The law firm of Heavner, Beyers & Mihlar, LLC announced this week that they have hired Penny A. Eilers and Michael N. Varak as associate attorneys in the firm. Ms. Eilers is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1992. Specializing in foreclosure, title claims, and financial services litigation, Ms. Eilers brings an additional level of strength in third-party creditor's rights litigation to the firm. Mr. Varak also hails from Chicago, Illinois, and was admitted to the bar in 2006. Mr. Varak's practice spans the areas of commercial and residential foreclosure, mediation, and various third-party creditor's rights litigation areas.
