McCalla Raymer, LLC and Pierce and Associates, P.C. are excited to announce the combining of their firms. The combined entity will be known as McCalla Raymer Pierce, LLC and will have offices in Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.

The combining of Pierce and Associates and McCalla Raymer has been a very collaborative venture. File level operations and staffing in all five states will remain largely unchanged as McCalla Raymer Pierce, LLC will uphold a commitment to “working the files” in the states where the properties are located.

Pierce & Associates' forty-one year history and McCalla Raymer's thirty-four year history, along with other synergies, make the firms a perfect fit. The two firms have a long history of partnering together to bring innovation to the industry. Denis Pierce and Stan McCalla, two of the firms' original principals, were pioneers in the industry including being founding members of the USFN in 1988.

McCalla Raymer Pierce, LLC will focus its practice in residential and commercial real estate services including foreclosure, title curative, bankruptcy, eviction, commercial origination and workout transactions, complex litigation, title curative litigation and closing services (REO and retail).
