Phillip A. Norman P.C. Adds New Vice President of Client Relations

Phillip A. Norman P.C. is pleased to announce that Kathryn MacLean has joined the firm as Vice President of Client Relations.  In addition to building new relationships, Kathryn will serve as a liaison between existing clients and the firm, and she will assist in the development of firm processes to ensure industry leading service for firm clients.
 
Kathryn is uniquely qualified to fulfill this mission. She brings with her 20 years of diverse leadership in mortgage operations including default collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, process engineering and is a Six Sigma Blackbelt.  Phil Norman, the firm's President, states:  “Kathryn will take the concept of client relations to a new level.  She is passionate and enthusiastic!  Kathryn's background in operations enables her to bring value to clients in an immediate and competent way.  Her knowledge and experience then allows her to take client feedback to the firm with precision so that service can be refined to meet the client's need.  ”
