Susan Rosen
Susan is the Senior Vice President of Membership & Industry Relations for the ALFN, and is responsible for member engagement and retention, new membership growth, non-dues revenue growth, and engaging the support of mortgage servicers and other stakeholders in the financial services industry. Susan assists the CEO to identify, facilitate and manage strategic relationships and business development efforts, and oversees sponsorship procurement and sales for all ALFN events, publications and other services/products offered by the association. She also oversees the onsite training program for mortgage servicers, and manages the member committees of the association.
Susan Rosen is a multi-faceted mortgage-related product sales professional and a 25-year veteran of the mortgage industry, with over 5 years experience in association management. Her expertise in managing successful growth strategies to increase company revenue on both a regional and national basis has made her a valued asset to numerous and varied employers. In the early years of her mortgage career, she learned the ropes copying microfiche, which led to developing and managing a default outsource team, national tax department and acting as attorney manager for a servicer. Susan’s move to work with attorney’s, title companies and various industry vendors, aggrandized her sales and marketing knowledge, which broadened her career and client base exponentially. Susan’s diverse background strengthened her proficiency in analyzing the needs of individual clients and their respective silos to assist them in achieving efficiencies utilizing the programs she represents.
