Hello ALFN WILL Members!
We are happy to bring you this issue of the WILLed newsletter. The topic this time is Personal Development, and we have brought you articles about continuing education, making resolutions with a timetable you can stick to, and a fun piece about being an expert traveler!

We want to take this opportunity to congratulate Andrea Tromberg, owner of Tromberg Law Group, who recently acquired Gladstone Law Group, was re-elected to the ALFN Board this past spring and was voted in as the new Chairman of the Board of ALFN for 2018! Andrea will continue as board liaison for WILL in 2018 as well. Way to go, Andrea!

A lot has happened since our last issue. Not only did we welcome a new WILL Leadership Team at ANSWERS in July, we also updated the committee lists so we have a lot of new members on the Editorial Committee. We thought it would be fun to introduce both to you, so please click the link below to learn more about us! The biggest change for me is that there are now four Editorial Committee Chairs, and I will be dropping off of the Leadership Team in July 2018 at ANSWERS. So, this will be my last “Letter from the Editor!” It has been such a pleasure serving you all, and I am looking forward to supporting the new Chairs for the rest of my term.

We are also excited that the ALFN Executive Board has approved the WILLPower Summit for 2018! We don’t have all the details yet, but we do know that it will be in April in Dallas! As soon as we have the dates, we will let you know. You won’t want to miss this event! It is definitely one of the best of the year!
Finally, a bit of news. WILL was a host for the reception at the most recent ALFN Intersect at The Highland Dallas in October. I along with roughly 100 others attended including a long list of servicers, and the sessions and content were superb! ALFN will be hosting two more Intersect events in 2018, so be on the lookout for those! With that, I wish you the most joyful of holidays and a Happy New Year! Remember that you don’t need to be on the committee to submit articles for the WILLed newsletter, so please let us know if you or anyone from your firm is interested! http://files.alfn.org/WILL/Leadership%20Team%20and%20Editorial%20Committee%20Intros.pdf‚Äč

Sincerely,
Erica
