Kelly Gring, Esq.

Kelly Gring is a Virginia attorney, based in the City of Richmond, Virginia.  Ms. Gring graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2005, then earned her law degree from the University of Richmond’s T.C. William’s School of Law, where she graduated a semester early, in December of 2007.  Ms. Gring sat for the bar in February of 2008, and has been practicing in the field of creditor’s rights since March 19, 2008.

Ms. Gring is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, as well as the Eastern and Western District Bankruptcy Courts of Virginia, and became licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia in 2016.  She is a seasoned litigator, and has appeared in most of the 133 state courts, the Eastern District of Virginia, and both the Eastern and Western District of Virginia Bankruptcy Courts with regularity.

As well as handling routine default-related matters for her clients, Kelly has worked to become proficient in litigating to cure title defects clouding her clients’ security interests.  Ms. Gring was the founding member of the American Legal and Financial Network’s Junior Executives and Professional’s “JPEG” group, and was a Picture the Future winner for the JPEG group.  Ms. Gring also formerly served on the ALFN’s board of directors, and is the current Attorney Chair of the ALFN’s Women in Legal Leadership Group “WILL”.  She has spoken on many panels at ALFN events and other CLEs, on topics including nonjudicial foreclosure in Virginia, title curative measures, moving into management, and how to bridge the age gap between baby boomers and younger generations.
